To provide a convenient and ecologically responsible alternative to generator powered lights, Pelican announces the introduction of the 9490 RALS. The self-contained system is easy to set up and comes with a rechargeable and swappable battery. Instead of having defined brightness levels, the 9490 features a variable control system with user-defined brightness (up to 6,000 lumens). As it allows for varied light output levels, run time is also in the hands of the operator. The light can run for up to 24 hours, which can be doubled with an extra battery. The 9490 is engineered with a multi-position deployable mast that telescopes up to 183 cm. The maintenance-free LED array has a life expectancy of over 50,000 hours.
