Barrel fermented in our premium French Oak for 10 months, this wine shows aromas of nectarine, tropical fruits, and subtle notes of roasted almond notes. The palate is beautifully layered, offering vibrant melon, nougat flavours, and a long, toasty vanilla finish. Crafted to suit either immediate enjoyment or cellaring potential, this Special Release vintage is suited to mushroom risotto, grilled chicken, or simply enjoyed on its own to appreciate its elegance and depth.
