Our 2021 Tatalia Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the Bendigo region is a richly structured yet gently flavoured, full bodied red wine. This delightful Cabernet Sauvignon shows an intense red hue and features soft capsicum & forest fruit tones. Elements of ripe blackberry, tobacco & vanilla spice flavours are balanced with fine powdery tannins. These notes are cast on a backdrop of toasted spices, imbued through its time aging thoughtfully in our French Oak Barrels. It is perfect for cellaring– anywhere up to ten years.
